退貨政策

All sales are final.  We only accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.

Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us within 7 days of the order receipt.  Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Our satisfaction is our number one priority.  Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.

如符合上述條件，請聯絡客戶服務，參視Kesha Select 會將與原價間的差價以Kesha Select Gift Cards 形式退回。不適用價格調整保證的情況：參視Kesha Select無法對有資格使用折扣碼的已購商品進行價格調整（意為折扣加疊），因為在有效期限內的折扣碼僅適用於新訂單及新加入網站會員。
