若商品為預購狀態，預購商品於下單次個工作天起算7-21個工作天到貨寄出，預購商品恕不接受修改或取消訂單，結帳前請務必確認訂購的商品種類與數量。

Kesha Select無法保證預購商品都能取得廠商庫存，因此若不幸有斷貨情況，會由網站系統發出退款通知，以原付款方式退回斷貨金額。若因寄送地址填寫錯誤，以至於無法成功配送，損失將由顧客自行負擔。

退貨政策

All sales are final.  We only accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.

Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us within 7 days of the order receipt.  Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Our satisfaction is our number one priority.  Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.
