The 3 years extended labor warranty is added on top of the standard warranty. It offers comprehensive coverage, including:
4 years of full parts and labor
1 year of parts coverage
What are not covered?
The following situations are not covered within the scope of warranty services provided by the company:
Damage caused by self-alteration, disassembly, or modification of the product.
Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, fires, lightning, abnormal voltage, and environmental factors (e.g., sulfur gas, chemicals, oil pollution, rodents, insects, environmental humidity, etc.) that are beyond the company’s control.
Damage caused by shipping or transportation damages.
Faults or damage caused by improper use.
Normal wear and tear.
Products previously repaired by a service center other than Huei Yeh.
Discrepancies or alterations between the product’s proof of purchase or official website warranty registration information and the actual warranted product.
Inability to provide the proof of purchase (Receipt, Order Confirmation, etc.).
Non-Transferable Warranty Conditions
This limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the Huei Yeh product and is non-transferable.
How to Request Warranty Service
If a product issue arises during the warranty period, Huei Yeh will promptly repair or replace the affected component(s) at no cost, once we receive:
A valid proof of purchase, including the purchase date
A description of the issue through our official support channels
Our team may perform an assessment to confirm the issue qualifies under the warranty terms. We are committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service and ensuring your satisfaction.
